We are Dorline and Subhana, the founders of United Forward — a service created to help healthcare learners build confidence, competence, and real‑world readiness.

United Forward began with a simple mission: to bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands‑on clinical practice. We saw how many students felt unprepared or anxious as they entered clinical rotations or stepped into their first healthcare role, and we wanted to change that.

To expand our impact, we partnered with CareerStep, a nationally recognized leader with 30+ years of experience in online healthcare education. Through this partnership, learners gain access to high‑quality, certification‑focused training programs — while United Forward provides the human support, hands‑on guidance, and community that make the journey smoother and more successful.

We also offer NCLEX coaching, Simulation Workshops for nursing students and  nurses , CPR certification taught by our certified instructors, along with supplemental support services designed to help learners feel confident, prepared, and job‑ready.
